Need to drill through ceramic tiles. How difficult is this?

We've got a drill, masking tape and a 8mm tile drill bit.

Ideally a tile bit, but masonry will do. Don't use the hammer action.
Measure up, place tape in location of hole, then mark the tape for hole, the tape will help the bit from slipping and scratching tiles.
Low speed on rotary action, be patient, once you are through tile and if the wall behind is masonry, you can then but into hammer action, if using tile bit, change to masonry bit when through tile for holing wall.
