Dripping Elec Shower

Hi,
I have Aquatiue Victorian Style shower (http://www.aqualisa.co.uk/parts-store/Controls/Aquatique-Victorian-Style-Thermostatic-Mixer-Valve/). it was installed by the previous owner in 2003, it was fine untill last week, but now water is dripping from the head continuosly. Can anyone plz tell me what could be the problem.

1 that isn't electric it's a mixer

2 prob wants a service kit if it hasn't been dripping long

if it has the valve body could well be shot

You may be better contacting Aqualisa and getting details of their local service agent as it sounds as if the seals are worn. Call them on 01959 560000
