may be the thermostatic cartridge has failed
are there any filters built into the shower inlets? the hot side may be scaled up/blocked up?
is there a valve/gate valve on the hot supply? is this fully open?

Thanks for the response, No filters built in as far as i am aware. Even at the valve inlet this is cold? How do you go about inspecting the valve inlet to see if it is fully open and is it easy to dis-assemble the unit? Once again thanks
