Please forgive the daft question but does anyone have any thoughts on how I might achieve the following.
I have an old 23 litre ultrasonic bath that. It is working fine for cleaning but takes rather a long time as it is unheated.
Experts in the field tell me that heating a bath to between 60 and 75 degrees celsius rapidly improves the cleaning time and so I am pondering how to go about applying heat to this bath.
The bath itself is stainless steel that is housed in a surround box of indeterminable material so I am sticking my neck out by guessing at fibreglass / durable plastic????
I don't want to go to the hassle of plumbing an actual immersion heater in so could anyone advise me if there are any forms of drop in water heaters that could do the job of raising the temperature to these levels?
IS there anyway that you can connect a plug to an immersion heater unit? Or do you know of any submergible devices that might work? I have investigated aquarium heaters but they only succeed to about 35 degrees celsius at best.
Sorry if its a dumb question but hours of googling has given me no better idea, so I thought I'd ask you chaps.
Cheers in advance
Andy
