I'm wanting to vent a new cooker hood up through the roof space (I live in a bungalow) and out through the roof ridge. Looking through various sites there seems to be different opinions about whether rigid or flexible ducting is best. Flexible would be easiest, but I read somewhere that it wasn't as effective or could melt/catch fire with the heat from the cooker. If rigid is the best answer where can I find 6" diameter with 45 degree bends?
