Hi,

a bulkhead has stop working. I've tried replacing the bulb with a new one but it still won't come on. I've checked if there is power coming to the bulkhead from the switch and it seems ok.

Any ideas what it could be?
The model is a CFL IP65 bulkhead.

I guess there is still a chance it could be the bulb, I've not tried it with a third bulb yet.
If the sensor has gone can i buy the spare part?

thanks

if you are 100% sure there is mains, and that the lamp is ok, and its connections are ok, it has to be the ligt sensor.

More often than not its cheaper to buy a new light than just a sensor.
but yes you can buy light sensors, srewfix supply them.

Other suppliers of light sensors are also available

Might be the ballast if it has one.

Like breezer said, if there is a good mains supply to the fitting, then toss the old fitting (with peace and love) and put a new one up.
