Earth bonding when using plastic

I'm replacing a section of very messy copper pipework leading to my kitchen sink with plastic, and replacing the taps. I'm using plastic tap adapters, straight into plastic pipework. The old taps are currently earth bonded to the copper, but since the new configuration won't include copper within about 2 metres, what should I do? Also, there being so many makes of plastic pipe on the market, are there any demountable brands that are generally preferred? I have bought QPL which appears robust, although it would be impossible to negotiate a tight double corner, the right angle connectors, indeed all the connectors, are huge. My new work will be largely out of view, but I am interested to know if there are any neater systems for future projects.

Earth bonding applies to all 'extraneous' metals however it's considered unreasonable to earth just a brass tap but if you have a metal sink it will need earthing.

Re push fittings
Everyone has their favourite but I only use hep2O De-mountables are best. Slimline fittings you only get one chance with but they are neater.
Remember to use pipe sleeves!
Use correct cutting tool and when you push the fittings on you will feel 2 lots of resistance as it pushes past the grab ring and the seal
If you connect them on to copper use a pipe cutter not a hacksaw and do not connect them to chrome pipe as they slip off.

For neater work just use tectite fittings [quite expensive] and copper pipe or a cheaper way is to use solder fittings
