Not really a garden matter but someone might help. We were given an "easter catus" last year and in due course a few weeks ago it started to flower then they started to drop off before getting to their full glory and we don't know why....
Just looked on Google for you and there could be a number of reasons.
One is overwatering which causes root rot. This prevents the plant from getting the nutrients it needs. Apparently they are sensitive to change so moving it from one position to another may affect it due to things like change in humidity or temperature etc.
