I've got an Easy Plumb Shower Tray to fit in a day or two for a neighbour. I've never fitted one, but I'm aware they have adjustable legs so they're quicker and easier to fit.

What should they be mounted on? Sand and cement? It might say in the packet but I'd like to be prepared before I start.
:?:

Thanks.

No need son only use mortar mix on trays that sit fully on floor ,However
wont do you any harm to put some timber down to spread load on floor where legs sit.

Thanks leaky!

I believe timber has to be put down under bath legs (building reg.s?), so I guess it's the same principle.
