As the title says. Is this ok to put straight on to fill any niks, scrapes and generally smooth out or will the silk need a light sand first ?

Wall has been skimmed over artex and being kids bedroom has took a few knocks etc. Looking to fill and repaint to get a nice finish.

It would be very likely that you could, but personally I would give light sand-down to remove any loose/flaky paint and form a key, prior to applying.

Please be aware that although easifill is a very useful product and serves many purposes. It is not very robust and can be quite soft on impact, so if using in high impact areas, it may well succumb to the same fate as previous plasterwork, in a very short time.
