I am planning to have a single storey back extension. due to some restricted situation, and I try to achieve the maximum space as possible. so I am considering to have two walls to use eccentric foundation. one wall is 4.4 meter long, another is 7 meter. if the trench fill foundation 1.3 m deep and 0.6 m width. Is it ok?

I am trying to gain some idea of possibility whether can have two walls on eccentric foundation first, before to make decision whether go through the project further. then will approach structure engineer for detail design.

many thanks

Every wall can be built eccentric if you like. It don't matter.

But tbh, you are concentrating on detail that you should not be. You tell your designer what you want, and they worry about the detail.

Our builder started building on the edge of the foundation due to dodgy positioning, when i inform the SE, he immediately said "for domestic it's not a problem"
So you will probably be ok.

Please could you advise how many walls they had to build on edge. Many thanks

You can build all your foundations as eccentric if you want, as mentioned you'll likely just need your SE to confirm, if you're getting an SE no board then ensure they know they're eccentric from the start.
