We currently have an Economy 7 hot water system, consisting of a hot water cylinder, cold water tank and pump in the loft.

This system feeds the 1st floor toilet and bathroom. The ground floor hot water and central heating through out the house are from a combi boiler.

Our water pressure currently measures at 1.8 bar from the outside tap but not sure about the water flow.

We are planning on having a loft conversion with a wet room and want to Replace the Economy 7 system with a less bulky/ less noisy and highly efficient system that will enable us to use two bathrooms at the same time.

We would be really grateful if you could advise us with a workable solution which is cost effective.

Although not gas related. When you get your storage heaters removed and your central heating installed. Ensure that you contact your supplier to change you from 2rate to 1rate. You may also need to get an electrician in before to make sure that both consumber units are powered from the normal rate system.

although you get cheaper electric after midnight the normal rate is slightly higher than a 1rate electric meter.
