The wiring is as the honeywell diagram so yes the live supply is permanent.
The boiler is fine all day then it goes off in the evening via the programmer but the next morning it will show error f23 push reset then it shows s97 then s98 then s53.
Leave it switched off at the 3 amp switch for 2 minutes and switch back on it goes through the correct sequence and fires(s1 s2 s3 s4 )
