Since the big storms over the Christmas period, we started to get efflorescence on the exterior brickwork, next to our front door.
As you can see from the pics it is just above and below the damp proof course and has started to spread around the corner, onto the front-facing wall.
I cleared it off once and it returned after the next heavy rainfall. The property is over 10 years old, so it seems a little odd to me that this should start now?
Any advice on what to do/look for next would be really gratefully appreciated.
