You'll be needing more than a fuseholder.

You need a replacement CU.

More than likely true, but would difficult to make that call without knowing what lies beneath.

That looped feed from the incommer with the slashed sheath looks "interesting"

As does the exposed live cooper of the cables.

I think the best way forward is to get a competent electrician in sharpish
