new economy 7 cylinder with two 11" immersion at the side, the original setup was a dual element immersion, the wiring at the consumer unit has a wylex white box 3 fuses, heating 15amp, power 30amp ,lights 6amp. and a wylex brown cu? with 7 fuses all 15amp

i would like to wire the off peak bottom immersion so i have some hot water, and leave the top boost&timer to be fitted by a qualified spark,my question is ,what should the switch be? 20amp or 13amp fcu ?(1m away from cylinder) if the fuse in the cu is 15amp? also what size heat resistant flex do i need to the immersion 1.5 or 2.5?
