Hello
I want to put an electric socket in the shed a 3 plug should be enough.
1 for Light, 1 for radio, and 1 for a power tool.
The shed is 40ft away from the house.
heres a few questions if some one could help.
1,
Is there a type of casing thick casing for wire to stay above ground as I would prefer not to have to break the concrete path even if it means building a step up over the new wire.
2,
would I need to have this attached to my electrical board or can i have a trip fuse on the wall where it exits the building. along with a Fused triple socket at the shed.
3,
to provide power for teh above, would it be possible to take the supply off a wire that is supplying a socket already fitted inside the house= spare cupboard. (the socket inside the house will be running a freezer and on occasions a tumble drier.)
thank you for any tips
OJ
