Electrolux EW1000i washer dryer

My washer dryer has stopped spinning at full speed it will start to spin pick up speed then stop.
It will keep doing this until the spin part of the cycle is finished.
I have replace the motor brushes and checked for blockages.

If your machine is doing the initial intermittent spin then turning itself off before the constant fast spin, you have a fault on the Timer PCB unit.
