electrolux premier double oven main oven switches off

We have a electrolux premier double oven, and when the main oven has been on for a while the fan stops working and the interior light goes out but the oven stays, on if you switch off for about 5 mins and switch back on again it is ok. Any ideas very frustrated wife nagging me!!!!
