ELECTROLUX WASHING MACHINE PROBLEM

Hi there

Having alot of trouble with an Electrolux Washing Machine EWN13570W.

Basically whatever programme you put on, the pump just runs - nothing else.

No water will come in the machine and the motor doesn't turn.

The machine is 18 months old.
