WASHING MACHINE PROBLEMS !!!!!!!!

MY WASHING MACHINE STARTS OFF FINE THEN AFTER IT FILLS UP WITH WATER IT STOPS AND DOES NOTHING , IT DOES NOT SPIN OR ANYTHING. I HAVE AN ELECTROLUX WM1000A. WHAT CAN I DO . PLEASE HELP ME.

Is drum free to turn by hand? Does the motor get a supply but not turn?

if you put the machine on just spin will it work?
it will be the motor carbons or the pcb
