Emergency cut off Switch in a Commercial gas boiler house

Hi all,
I have read a regulation some place that if the combined KW of gas boilers is over a certain amount, you must install an emergency cut-off switch near the door.

I know it's over 300Kw but cannot remember the exact KW figure or where I have seen the regulation.

Any wise owl on here Know where I can find it please?
