Hi,
We have created a en suite bathroom (shower, sink and toilet) in a small room (2.5m x 1.2m) which is in the middle of the building in the lower ground part (this is a tenemant block of flats we have ground and lower ground which goes under the ground). There is no window in this room and we can't vent it to the roof as we would have to go through peoples properties and it would be very expensive. We can go to the front or back but would have to go under the en suite then up (so fan would on wall then duct would run down and under the floor then back up at the outside wall.
Is there any problem with that? I read in the regs about trickle ventilation that we could put to vent it into the bedroom which has windows? Is that an option. Any other idea?
Regards
Mark
