Hi
I've laid underground drainage under where my extension will be, some of it (all 110mm plastic) is close to the underside of the insulation, and there will be a slab poured on top of the insulation.
I've put pea gravel around it all and was planning on then blinding the whole base before laying the dpm and cracking on.
I've just seen references to encasing drains like this in concrete, have I messed up here? Really appreciate any advice on whether that's necessary with plastic as I know it was with clay.

Cheers
John

Agree with noseall but as belt and braces I would put some A142 mesh in the slab over the drain run.

Covering drains in concrete is asking for trouble. Gravel is fine.
