Yes our gov is pointing the finger at Russian/Putin
I don't blame the majority of Russian people as like the rest of the world most
people do not want a war/etc.
I hope people responsible for the security of England infrastructure, armed services and important private business are prepared and testing the integrity of their IT systems and constantly updating and reminding the minions using computers etc re good practice using computers.
