I bought a 60's house last year with a flat roof. I had the roof relaid in Felt by builders who did quite alot of work for me on the house. But they made a complete mess of it, my new bathroom ceiling caved in because of it leaking.Anyway to cut a long story short I'm at the point where I have to get a new roof done, whilst still in dispute with my builders. Can anyone tell me which is better EPDM or Asphalt to put on a flat roof. i have had quotes to do both, & they are about the same price. Both firms offer 20 year guarantees & i now just don't know which I'm better off going for.
EPDM or Asphalt for flat roofs ?
