Error Code E18 on BEKP WME8227B?

Hi

Our Washing machine doesn't spin to its capacity (1200rpm) and gets stuck for a while usually on 13 minutes - and takes a lot longer than it should to do the spin cycle?

Ive done the test for the error code and its showing E18?

Any ideas what i need to do to get it fixed as my wife is going spare!
