Evostick Prufe-IT Removal

As the title suggests, I need to remove this stuff from my house wall. While applying to my hut roof the father in-law kicked the tin and redecorated the wall.
Basically it has hit the wall then dryed out over a period of several days.
Does anyone know the best way to remove this from brick wall
