Expanding foam for filling around pipes...

Ok I'm having a big Spider problem in my top floor flat, big as in lots of them AND big spiders. Normally they don't bother me, but when my girlfriend screamed last night and I had to get rid of one that was bigger than my hand... I figured I'd fill these huge holes around the pipes

I have a few areas that are too difficult or no fesible to fill with filler or chaulk, so I'm looking into foams. Can anybody recommend one that is pipe safe? I'm not too fussed about price, as long as it doesn't damage the piping (copper & plastic)

I am not aware of any problems.

Its going to be a case of read the tin . Some do attack copper but it does say so on the tin if it does

intumescent fire foam is fine with copper.
