We are in process of moving house and viewed quite a lot.
Favorite at the minute that we are offering on has a sort of loft conversion over the garage that is being used. The ceiling height is quite low so we would like to extend this into a full scale extension master suite with walk in wardrobe from the existing small bedroom and bathroom.
We would also want to extend out the kitchen into a bigger kitchen with velux windows, open up the dining room and add a utility.
We are rough guesstimating it will be circa 100k. Example floor plan attached
