I am planning a single storey side extension to my bungalow. The first plan only shows the internal area but is based on 400mm for external walls including plaster and skirtings.
Ideas on price with a hipped roof and red brick facing? Thoughts on how workable a layout they are?
The first one has a narrow garage because it only needs to accommodate my motorbike and otherwise general storage. Possible office area at one end. Flexible space. The other plan has a full sized garage - again, flexible space and could be turned into living accommodation in future.
