Not been in our house long and noticed the other day there was a leak in the exterior soil pipe
I can see what has happened. Whoever installed the boiler has drilled a hole for the pressure relief outlet (which is lined up just behind the soil pipe) and after clearing the external wall they've then gone into the pipe - The boiler pressure relief outlet is more or less level with the leak in the pipe!
Sorry for such a dumb question but can anyone recommend the best way to fill in a small hole (about small fingertip size) in a cast iron exterior pipe?
Many Thanks,
Ted
