My daughters recently acquired 1900's brick built semi has external insulation mainly on the large gable end. Unfortunately it wasn't picked up on the survey that the coating that covers the insulation is bubbling up in many places. My plan is to strip off all the old coating and re coat but what's best to use??. The coating that's failed appears to be only a few mm thick and is quite flexible. Anyone any ideas what this could be as after hours searching I'm none the wiser.
