Extractor fan to exit through warm flat roof

Guys,
As title , I have read about using a 'condensation trap'? as I will be putting in a extractor fan in downstairs toilet that has a warm flat roof.
Can someone please explain pls.

You wont need a trap with a warm roof, as there wont be any temperature difference within the duct

Google is not my friend. Need to find place to get the cowl and piping to connect to extractor - cant find any site that makes sense.. pls help

Normally comes as a kit or seperate, and any good builders merchant will sell it

For the cowl, if an exposed wall get the hood type not the flap ones
