Located the filling loop next to water tank, however there is no taps or anything to twist to change pressure.
Also no taps under boiler.

Turn that slot to be inline with the pipe to open it. Should be another one on the other end of that flexi. Open one fully, gently open the other. You will hear the water flowing and then turn them both off again when system up to pressure. They do recommend that the flexi is removed when not in use. Most people don’t bother though.
