Hello,

I have been looking through this forum and I couldn't find the answer I was looking for.

The extractor fan in my bathroom has just broken down and I thought it would be a good idea to find a replacement. I have terrible mould problem and I suspect the main issue is that the current extract fan isn't powerful enough.

What would be the best fan to have for a 1 bed flat in a bathroom which has no external wall in Window?

There is a duct to the outside which is already fitted so I would just like to add a fan to it.

What size is the bathroom
Length, height and width?
Where in the bathroom is the fan installed in relationship to door opens?
Do you want timed overrun and humidistat?

The Bathroom is 2m (wide) x 2m (long) x 2.1m (heigh).
It is on the wall next to the door but at the far end.

Thanks for the link. It is recommending 151 m3/hour.

Unfortunately, drilling on the opposite from the door isn't option as it would involve drilling in my neighbours flat.:)

There is an over the bath shower which is at the end of the bathroom, opposite side from the door.
