I have a problem with my roof/guttering. I have a mid terrace house pre 1900. The roof has been renewed at some point by cowboys I presume. The problem is, is that the roof does not overhang the guttering, nor does it have any form of roof lining that can carry the water from the roof to the gutter. Does anybody have any idea of the work i need to carry out to rectify this problem?

This is a diagram of my actual roof/gutter. It has no overhang like most modern houses.

Add a course of eaves tiles.

Fix a lead drip.

Fix proprietary eaves drip trays.

All will involve removing the bottom course/s of tiles.
