Fernox Boiler Buddy, Opinions?

As the title suggests really, a customer has asked for this to be fitted but i want to go with a magnaclean but they want this so.....

Having never used the Fernox one i wondered if any others had and what results they have had be them good or bad.

Personally wouldn't use one, always use the Magnaclean, or the new spirovent combi thingy.

Might just have to tell them the merchant doesn't have one then!

Horrible design and more awkward to clean compared with the Magnaclean IMHO

piece of carp. Impossible for end user to clean out without being a plumber.
