Can anybody tell me the code to increase the water temperature to go above 55 degrees on my ferroli optimax HE31.?
We can only have a luke warm shower. I know this can be done bacause a Ferroli engineer did this for me when he came to do a repair. When I told him the water wasn`t hot enough he pressed various buttons that overuled factory settings and increased the water temp. Following another repair, the next engineer, without us knowing,restored factory settings and now Ferroli customer services refuse to tell me the code or send anybody out without incurring their £130 call out fee. Be nice to have a hot shower again. Thanks.
