Ferroli modena80E combiboiler

I have a ferroli modena80e combi that is playing up. The burners would light when the hot tap was turned on, but the CH would not fire up unless the water pressure was set to 2bar+. The expansion vessel and valve have now been replaced. For a short period this solved the problem. After a few days however the burners would only fire up after repeated reset. Now the burners will not start at all. At the moment when the burners should fire from the pilotlite there is instead a rattle/buzzing sound from the gas-valve block, and then shut down.
Has anyone out there experienced similar problem and resolved it ?

if u take the combustion case is removed see if it fires up n goes off when u put it bk. sounds like funnelgrommets in the fan. or pressure switch
