Filling bath tap holes

Help! We have recently had a bit of a disaster and had 2 Bath taps put in in the wrong place on our new bath - the shower screen now won't close!
No problem having the taps moved to a better place but this will leave 2 holes in the bath. Is there something we could put in the holes which would cover them but look neat? Don't really want to get the holes filled and the bath re-finished.

you can get blanks at most plumbers merchants

Fix a container to the bath under the tap holes and fill with compost. Put a couple of bedding plants in. Holes disguised and pretty to boot.
