Filling Hole Where Waste Pipe Runs

I'm now ready to fill my hole after my new soil stack installation (See Pic)

I now need to make good.

What is the best way to do this and what material should I use as I want it to remain flexible.

Assuming you’ve now filled the hole in the wall & that’s concrete around the rest of the area, fill & pack it with 10mm pea gravel to within 60mm of the surface & finish off with a cement screed mix.
