Hello
I have chased out my walls for the heating system , they are coming up from the floor and are In the wall for about 7 inches.

I have used hep2o and was planning on insulating them before plastering with either a tape or conduit to allow to expansion.

My question is how to fill the voids around the pipe ? I was thinking about using expanding foam then covering it with some plasterboard or can you plaster straight to the foam,?

Run the pipes in conduit and secure to the brickwork, then plaster over the top. Its how i do my network cables allows you to remove if you ever need to, should work fine for pipes and allow expansion/movement.

The only issue is the holes are quite big so need filling somehow

Does this mean that you have a pushfit elbow buried in the wall??
Or have you used a compression elbow? Either way, soldered copper would be the way to go!
