hi guys a landlord who i know has had a visit from a fire officer who has told him he need a fire alarm cert for an existing system,i am a spark who can commission the system but does the cert i fill in need to be a nic eic cert or can i fill a certy i could buy from the wholesalers like the robin ones.thanks in advance
