The smoke Alrams have been put on a single circuit in the house as expected. Procteced by a B6 MCB on none RCD side of the CU.

Does anyone kinow if there is any problem running the house alram off that circuit as well ?

Better running smoke alarms from a lighting circuit so then you have a visual alert if the supply fails.Run alarm from the old smoke supply.

smoke alarms draw next to nothing until they go off, and then probably not all that much to run a piezo sounder..

as said, it's normal to have the smokes on a lighting circuit, but nothing says you can't have them on a dedicated.. just that there is no clear indication if the breaker has gone ( unless the alarm buzzes or pips or whatever to tell you the mains has failed.. )

you could fit a neon somewhere you see regularly as indication..?

depending on the load of your house alarm, the I see no reason not to run it from the smoke circuit.. ( may be beneficial as the house alarm will probably have some indication of mains failure. )
