Fires up but doesn't stay alight!

My Worcester Bosch 14/19CBi boiler fires up but won't stay alight, goes through the usual sequence of attempting to fire up and then stops with the lockout light flashing. It will only stay alight if the combustion chamber cover is removed and then replaced after lighting. Any ideas!

That boiler is broken you might want to pick up the phone book and get someone qualified to fix it.

Its a problem with the fan, flue & / or APS, and therefore one for a CORGI guy.

The burner is possibly wapred.....a common fault Worcester know about.

Thanks for the replies, I've just printed them off for my qualified Corgi-registered cousin to check out, he's been confused for some time now. By the way CastlePlumbingandHeating, he is on the phone.
