Had walls skimmed not long ago and put bath against wall today to notice that there is a 1/2" gap on the short side at the head end outer corner.

To overcome this and to get a tight seal, should i chip the plaster and set the bath into the plaster to the edge is flush with the wall?

I know it means there wont be a uniform edge going around but better then it leaking

Thanks

as you say just take the corner in slightly that will level other corner better. then you still have tiles to go on so you loose the 1/2"
mark the corner edge with a pencil etc, then the bath will be better surported on that corner when resting in the channel
