Hello folks,

Quick one for ya!

Had to channel out some of my wall for a vertical 15mm pipe from the thermo shower valve to the head. The head is connected to a chrome 15mm arm.

Question is.... the pipe will be plaster boarded then tiled over but is still 'loose' in the cavity, any suggestions to how i can fix it tight so it doesnt wiggle about?

I was thinking a few blobs of gripfill around the pipe?

Thanks in advance

Pipe clips, Pipe saddles........

1"1/2 screws  ......no only joking.... ;)

Thanks for the reply, ive used clips where i can (before the channeled out area) but there isnt enough room in the cavity to fit clips etc, the wall is made of a thin breeze block and i cant hack in too deep.

Any other suggestions? Cheers again

Not sure if this helps but I had the same problem. Breeze block too thin to use rawlplugs

Lucky for me the room behind was a built in wardrobe. So I used pipe clips and long wood screws through drilled holes in the breeze block into a small wood batten on the other side of the wall in the wardrobe. This pulled the pipe clips nice and tight
