In our kitchen, the people that lived there before painted the tiles from white to blue. However, some of the tiles have started to flake, while others still look fine.. I would like to take all the paint off, and either keep them white or maybe paint them a new colour. Is there a special way I can remove the exisiting blue paint without scratching / damaging the tiles, or can I paint on top of what is already there?
