I have flaking plaster on an inside room wall which is a continuance of damp flaking damp plaster on the same cellar wall. Any suggestions off a cure for the cellar wall before i plaster the room wall again. The damp is only on a 1 metre wide section of the cellar wall at the bottom of the cellar steps. Terrace house built in 1901.... Cheers
